Talk to us
We are an early product and we would rather be useful to a few teams than vague to a lot of them. So here is exactly what happens if you get in touch, before you decide whether to.
- 1
You write, we reply within one business day
Tell us what your team reviews and roughly how much of it. A real person reads it and answers from a named address, so you can just reply to that email.
- 2
A short call, with no slide deck
Twenty to thirty minutes to understand how review works at your site today, where the time goes, and whether this is any use to you. If it plainly is not, we will say so on the call rather than keep selling.
- 3
We run a record and show you what it flags
This is the part that actually settles it. Send a redacted or a synthetic record, whatever your company is comfortable releasing, and we run it and walk you through every flag: the ones we would expect you to accept, and the ones we would expect you to throw out. You never have to send anything real. If nothing can leave your site, we will build a synthetic record to your format instead.
- 4
A pilot, if it fits
A scoped trial with your team on your own records, agreed in writing first. We would rather run one pilot that works than five that quietly stall.
What we will not do
We will not put you on a mailing list, pass your details to anyone, or chase you. If you go quiet we will assume the answer is no and leave you alone. Everything we say about how your data is handled is written down on the security page.
Send us a note
The more you say about what your team reviews, the more useful our first reply can be. We reply within one business day.
Would rather look before you write? Try it on a sample record. A sample record is built in, so it needs nothing from you.
