Terms of Service

These terms cover your company's use of BatchPilot. By creating an account or using the service, the person doing so confirms they may accept these terms on behalf of their company.

What the service does

BatchPilot reads executed batch records and produces a draft review with suggested flags. It is a tool that assists a qualified reviewer. It is not a quality management system, it is not a regulatory submission tool, and it does not make release decisions.

What it does not do, and what you stay responsible for

The AI can miss things and it can be wrong. Every flag is a suggestion until a qualified person accepts, edits, or rejects it. Your company stays responsible for the accuracy of its batch records, for its review and release decisions, and for meeting its own GMP obligations. Nothing here transfers any of that to us.

Formal computer system validation of BatchPilot in your environment is your quality unit's decision and is carried out with you. We do not claim a certification we have not earned.

Accounts and access

Accounts are personal. Do not share sign-in details. Electronic signatures in the service are attributed to the named account that made them, so sharing an account undermines the audit trail your company relies on. Your administrator is responsible for adding and removing users promptly.

Your content

Batch records, comments, deviations, and everything else you enter stay your company's property. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: storing your content, processing it to generate reviews, and keeping the audit trail. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train models.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to try to break its access controls, to reach another company's data, to overload it, or to resell it without a written agreement. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk.

Service availability

BatchPilot is an early product. We do not offer an uptime guarantee yet. We may change or remove features, and we will tell account administrators about significant changes. If we introduce a paid plan with a service level, it will be set out in a separate written agreement.

Fees

Pilot and subscription pricing is agreed in writing before it applies. Nothing on this site is an offer of a fixed price.

Ending your use

Your company can stop using the service at any time. If you close your account, ask us for an export before you do. Because batch record and audit data may need to be retained for regulatory reasons, deletion is handled in line with your retention obligations.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees your company paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will be sent to account administrators.
